Guide the Customer: Support customers through digital banking platforms, helping them navigate access issues, password resets, account updates, and online transactions with confidence. Investigate & Act: Identify, investigate, and resolve special cases such as unrecognized charges or account activity concerns — working closely with internal teams to deliver fast, secure, and effective solutions. Ensure Security & Compliance: Follow banking security protocols to verify customer identity and handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.

Document Every Interaction: Accurately log key information from every customer interaction in our internal systems, ensuring proper tracking, traceability, and follow-up.✅ Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent completed. Language: Advanced English — B2 level or higher — with strong verbal and written fluency, plus excellent Spanish communication skills. Digital Skills: Comfortable working with computers, Windows/Office, and multitasking across multiple tools and systems simultaneously.
