Outbound Sales Representative

Prospecting and pitching: Introducing Adrian Magnus through high-volume outbound cold calls.Pipeline management: Following up via phone, email, and text to keep prospects moving through the sales cycle.Account ownership: Guiding newly signed clients through onboarding and to their first successful order.Retention: Winning back lapsed clients to build consistent, recurring partnerships.Note: Our outbound campaigns consistently perform well because we're not asking companies to take a leap of faith; we're offering a superior version of something they already rely on, at a price point and value proposition that's hard to turn down.Requirements: 2 to 3 years proven background in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation.

Native English fluency—you'll be speaking with US business owners every day and must come across as natural, clear, and Strong written skills for email and text outreach are also required.Comfortable maintaining a high daily call volume without losing energy, focus, or enthusiasm.Self-directed and organized. You can manage your own pipeline efficiently without micromanagement.Persistent but personable.
