Bilingual front desk agent

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual oriented towards customer service in the Hotel.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming the client warmly, representing the Hotel as the first point of contact, and transporting them to live a unique experience in our facilities.
Set credit limits.
Review payment methods of all guests in-house.
File check-out guest registration sheets in the bucket.
Help guests locate lost luggage.
When guests arrive, assist with their luggage, inform them about services, and escort them to their room.
Make room changes, with prior authorization from the receptionist.
Assist guests with their luggage at check-out.
Tag and distribute luggage for groups and conventions.
Help hotel security by reporting unwelcome visitors.
Proficient in using the Opera system.

Profile:

Professional in hospitality, tourism, or administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Passion for service, charisma, good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
