Recruitment ConsultantLYL Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to engage with large US companies. You will call business owners to offer our services, close prospects, maintain a relationship, assess their needs and source candidates for them. Source, screen, and vet candidates. Submit candidates to clients and manage the hiring process.Requirements Fluent English (near-native preferred). Experience working or studying in the US market.

Proven background in sales/recruitment.Benefits Salary: $1,000–$1,500 gross, with bonuses of $300–$800 per placement. Daily lunch allowance, free drinks, and a paid break. Workweek: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
