Recruitment Sales Consultant - US market

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from acquiring new clients to successfully placing candidates. You will work with warm client leads generated through our professional, high-volume outreach systems, which you are expected to follow up on, present our recruitment services to, and close.Once a client is signed, you will assess their specific hiring needs and translate those requirements into an effective search for the right candidate.

In this role, you will build long-term relationships with US-based companies and connect them with top talent.
