Customer Service Representative

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and receive exceptional support. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!Primary Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution Handle any customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to customers, and follow up to resolve any issues that impact the customers’ experience Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Record and maintain customer interaction information in our database Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues Provide proactive and friendly customer support to enhance customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback with the teamRequirements Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in Panama Minimum Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in using Customer Support software and tools is a plus Advanced-Level English language skills
