We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Panama. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while supporting key HR processes.Role & Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule contract signing appointments for onboarding specialists. Manage the full cycle of contract-related processing, including both digital and physical filing.

Provide administrative support to HR operations and assist in maintaining an organized pipeline tracking system.Profile & Requirements Currently in the final year of studies in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and comfortable working with data. Intermediate command of English (written and spoken).

Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Commitment for a 6-month internship period.
