Lead generation & Marketing Automation SpecialistFull-Time | In-Office | Panama City | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMWe are looking for a highly technical, resourceful Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist who can help us build, manage, and continuously improve our lead-generation systems.This is not a traditional social media or branding position.We want someone who understands how to use technology, automation, AI, data, and marketing tools to generate business opportunities.The immediate focus will be cold email, LinkedIn outreach, CRM workflows, lead generation, and automation, but we want someone versatile enough to eventually help us expand into additional channels such as Google Ads, paid acquisition, landing pages, AI-powered workflows, and other growth initiatives.What You’ll Do Build and manage cold email outreach campaigns Build and manage LinkedIn prospecting and automation campaigns Research, scrape, enrich, clean, and organize prospect data Work with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms Build automated workflows between lead-generation tools and CRMs Manage CRM pipelines, follow-ups, lead routing, tasks, and automations Use AI tools to improve prospecting, personalization, research, follow-up, reporting, and internal workflows Troubleshoot technical problems and figure out new software quickly Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, replies, conversions, and lead quality Continuously test new tools, systems, channels, and approaches to generate more qualified opportunities Help build repeatable marketing and sales systems that can scale across multiple businessesWho We’re Looking ForYou are someone who is naturally technical and enjoys figuring things out.You should be comfortable opening a new piece of software, watching a tutorial, connecting systems, testing workflows, and solving problems without needing someone to explain every step.We care much more about ability, intelligence, curiosity, and execution than a specific degree.You should have: Strong experience with cold email, outbound prospecting, or lead generation Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and automation Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation Very good English Strong general computer and technology skills Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI automation platforms Ability to learn new software extremely quickly Strong attention to detail with data and campaign setup An analytical mindset and willingness to test, measure, and improve A proactive personality — you look for solutions instead of waiting for instructionsExperience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Make, Zapier, n8n, Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Ads, or similar platforms is a major advantage.What Success Looks LikeYour job is simple:Help us consistently generate more qualified leads and opportunities by combining marketing, technology, automation, AI, and great execution.We want someone who can eventually become the person we turn to when we say:“We want to generate leads from this market.
