Exhibit Hall Operation Assistant

We are looking for an Exhibit Hall Operation Assistant to manage front desk operations, coordinate corporate events, and provide an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and employees. This role will also support digital content management, coordinate external suppliers, and help ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the exhibit hall and office facilities.Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of digital content displays, ensuring timely updates and accurate messaging. Coordinate and execute corporate event marketing activities, including both internal and external events. Provide comprehensive support to clients, assisting with logistics and facilitating their needs during their visit to the office or region.

Ensure maintenance and compliance are kept up to date.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong ability to create promotional materials, including posters, videos, and written content. Experience in corporate communications or public relations is an advantage.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in event coordination and planning, particularly in a corporate or client-facing environment. Experience managing client entertainment and supporting high-level visitors.

Experience handling external suppliers and maintenance personnel. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or reception role within a corporate setting. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
